1. The 12 skills you need for agent success simply rate how you’re currently traveling with these – your total score is a maximum 120 points.
   
   
2. On the last page you have the chance to review what worked, what’s clunky and key upgrades for next year.
   
   
3. Then the front page is where you summarise the review and note your actions and commitments.
